Dale Mitchell founded The Right House in 1995. She was driven by a desire to help clients and their families find a home that works on every level – not just a case of bricks and mortar. Dale’s warmth and enthusiasm for supporting her clients through the journey of finding, securing and moving into a new home has seen her establish lasting relationships with her clients, many of whom have returned to The Right House as their property needs have changed over the years.

Dale’s proven experience in the property market was preceded by a successful career in marketing and communication, where she held senior roles in high profile organisations including Xerox and IBM. This experience outside of the property industry gives Dale a breadth of perspective, noticeable in her strong relationships and pragmatic approach.
